I am a return customer with Viator. 2 years ago we joined the Windsor Castle, Bath and Stonehenge Day trip and were very pleased with the tour. I got the same level of service, i.e. excellent from both the tour guide and the bus driver. There were only 14 passengers for this tour and we were still being accommodated in the luxury coach. Tour guide is very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. He has been providing a lot of information, re background, history along the way and I found myself never bored to hear him talk. This day tour becomes one of the highlights of my visit to London.

It was an excellent trip and the tour guide was very good, very knowledgeable and very professional. That one expects! But what was a plus was that at the end of the tour she tried to help ensure that everybody got back to their hotels/destinations safely and without any hassles. That was thoughtful! And she had a great sense of humor too! I will definitely return to Viator for more trips. We did one of Paris in July 2009 and were very happy!

Friendly, knowledgeable guides. It was lots of fun even though the weather was cold! The free time in Oxford was optional, but we took it so we could visit Christchurch on the inside.

Warwick Castle was amazing, definately the highlight and we spent enough time there to appreciate it. Stratford-on-Avon is more of an open shopping mall, and Shakespear's birthplace thankfully didn't take long. The drive through the Cotwolds was nice. Oxford was interesting, and the best part was being able to see Hogwarts.The guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job, very nice and concerned with making sure everyones needs were met. Warwick Castle was much more interesting than the Tower of London or Windsor.

Magnificent tour. Intelligent guide who didn't treat us as if were were 'dumb tourists' as can be the case. Scenery and sights were spectacular. Scrumpy tea in Anne Hathaways garden was a highlight!
