We thought the trip to Berchtesgaden and the Eagle's Nest Day Tour from Munich was very informative and quite worth the trip. Our guide was very informative and the accommodations were delightful.

Not for those with queasy stomachs but well worth the trip up the mountain

Though it rained and there was a light mist at times we still enjoyed the tour. Only wished we could have taken photos on a clear day.

Excellent guide - would prefer to have the option of spending more time at the Eagles Nest and less elsewhere given the perfect weather we enjoyed.

Loved this tour!!! The scenery was fantastic,the view from the top took my breath away! Then, on top of that, to ride in the elevator as it was when Hitler used it and walk through the bunkers left me speechless.

This was a great trip and the scenery en route and from the Eagle's Nest is awesome. The tour guide was excellent. It's mind blowing to think of the cost in time, effort and lives that went into this site, which was a present for Hitler's 50th birthday. I do think however that Viator should be more upfront about the costs. As soon as we got on the coach we had to fork out another 16 each to get the lift up to the top. Then we had to pay 3 each for admission to the Information Centre Museum and a further 2 each for English handsets. There was no mention of these extra charges in the Viator literature. Still a highly recommended trip. None of the exhibitions had any English translations which was a big disappointment

Great tour.

We loved the beautiful scenery during the drive to the Eagle's Nest. The bunkers and tunnels were much larger than we had imagined. Our guide was not as informative, and we paid twice to enter the museum.

This was how to lead a tour. Brilliant.

There was a reasonable amount of walking required. Seniors and people with health issues should be advised accordingly.
