Excellent day out, great view of falls over lunch, no delays, hassle free, great tour guide, nothing was too much trouble.

A fantastic trip, worth doing and a great host!

This was a good trip, well organized in New York! We did not think we had to fly from JFK, but the way you organized the supply of tickets and the collection on our return was excellent! We had a good trip from Buffalo to Niagara falls, unfortunately sitting in the back of vehicle we really could not hear the driver guide all the time, again one fault was that he had to speak in two languages, and the second language seemed to be longer than the English version! The buffet stop was well organized and the food was very good. The guide was well versed and really knew his tour details.

What an unreal trip! Even though it was a 15 hour day from pickup to drop off, I would highly recommend it to everyone. Our 11 year old grandson had one of the best days of his life. Thank you, Viator, you are very professional, and your tours are outstanding.

Fabulous tour. Well organized with experienced and informative guide. Provided excellent opportunity for photos and to experience Niagara Falls close up. Although it may appear expensive we would thouroughly recommend this tour to any traveler.

Worth the early morning start. A great experience not to be missed. Well organised, good, interesting guide. Excellent buffet lunch at the Sheraton with a spectacular view. Boat trip exciting and appreciated the extra stops, especially at the whirlpool. Wheelchair friendly, except at the Canadian tourist centre- other tourists kindly helped my wife and the lady from the centre expressed her embarrassment at the centre's shortcomings and apologised profusely.

I'm from South Korea and very satisfied with this service. 1) Hotel pick up & drop-off; I was accompanied with my parents. So,most important thing is convenience. Very nice & kind van driver took us to JFK airport. 2) Round-trip between Manhattan and Buffalo by air It would be a long time if I took a bus, but this service reduced wasted time. 3) Luxury hotel lunch: I had a lunch at the Sheraton hotel with a falls view, but I wasn't allowed to have a seat with a view even though there were a few vacant seats. The Italian waiter is somewhat unkind. He reserved the seats for Italian visitors among our tourist team. 4) Canada & United States view of the Falls: Nice tour guide, wonderful vehicle, kind caring I recommend this service extremely!

Niagara Falls and the surrounding area were a spectacular sight and one that will remain in my memory for a long time. Our guides were both entertaining and knowledgeable. We were greeted and escorted from the airport and taken directly to the falls both the United States and Canadian sides. The tour guides informed us of where and when to regroup, the best sites to view the falls from and things to avoid. The buffet lunch was at the Sheraton on the upper floors with magnificent views of the falls. Hotel staff were overwhelmed with our presence and unorganized even though we were the only ones there as the last sitting were departing. I was seated with my back to the falls! We were then taken down to the Maid of the Mist for our boat ride where we viewed the falls up close, Again spectacular! We were taken to various locations to view different falls and souvenir shops. On the down side, the bus was somewhat old, one of our tour members got lost at the airport and we wasted half an hour waiting for him, consequently we had to make it up somewhere. As we had paid up front for this tour and had informed them of where we were staying in New York, I was disappointed and concerned that I did not receive final details in a fax as promised. I had to make a call to confirm our pick up details, the bus was late and we still had a 2 hour wait at the airport to catch our flight to Buffalo. I still enjoyed the experience!
