Excellent guide and tour of Pompeii!!! Would have liked to have had a bit more time in Naples, maybe to see a second castle. Stay in Sorrento was absolutely AWESOME... everything about it!!!! On trip to Capri we needed more time to see sites and take pictures and learn history - too much time eating and repetitive speech from guide. Overall would ABSOLUTELY recommend...I want to do it again!!!!! Well worth the money....you will love it!!!

Visiting Pompeii has been a long time dream. The site is breathtaking! Viator made the trip easy, however the tour guide in Pompeii was difficult to understand due to her poor diction The hotel and staff in Sorrento were outstanding and the boat tour in Capri was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time. The tours were very well organized - they thought of everything. The hotel in Sorrento was first rate, right on the cliff overlooking the harbor, and all the meals were wonderful. The only thing we felt was a negative was the fact the seats on bus were very tight and uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful time on the trip. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable especially our guide Pompeii. The hotel in Sorrento was beautiful and relaxing. The food was great. The trip to Capri and the Blue Grotto was memorable - very unique and fun. We were taken care of very well. We would highly recommend this one.

The tour was very well organized and we enjoyed all of the different guides. My husband and I did this tour 18 years ago, staying at the Ambascatori. This time we took our two married daughters and they loved the beauty of Pompei, Capri and Sorrento. We again stayed at the Ambascatori and thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful visit!

We had an amazing time on this trip. Naples was not very exciting, but the trip to Pompeii was unbelieveable. Our tour guides were fantastic! In fact they allowed us to switch our itinerary around a little so our 2nd day was free and we were able to enjoy the morning by the Meditteranean at our hotel in Sorrento and take a ferry to Positano later at night. The final day in Capri was beautiful, but unfortunately the water was rough & we weren't able to go to the Blue Grotto, but the replacement boat ride which toured the coastline was great! The hotel was beautiful- definitley bring your bathing suit! Overall a great trip!

We had a wonderful time. The hotel in Sorrento was incredible. The food was excellent!!!! The trip to Pompeii was very interesting but the lunch there was not very good but overall. The stop at Naples was very brief there was a short walk but we did not see much.

Organised, relaxed and great fun. Tour guides had excellent sense of humour. Hotel Ambasciatori in Sorrento where we stayed for two nights was the highlight for my husband and I, of a 3 week OS holiday. Capri was breath-taking but remember to take the chair lift at Anacapri. Whole 3 day tour from start to finish was incredible - we could not fault it. Go Sasha and your mum! Thanks!!

This was a wonderful experience! I was upset when we had to change dates and was given the run-around in several ways and on separate occasions, so I went into this tour not trusting our arrangements. I think the problems were Viator. The tour company in Italy was excellent--very attentive and accommodating to our needs. They stayed with us, never leaving us alone until our next guide/bus/hotel appointment was secured. The guides were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and they spoke great English. The tour itself was beautiful and well planned out, with plenty of free time. The area is a must see area -- every part of the trip -- and I would not go to Italy without seeing this part of it! We were in Italy 11 days, and this 3-day tour was our favorite part of the entire vacation!

It was organized perfectly, especially in Sorrento and Capri.
