This was a trip worth taking. It rained while in Amalfi and Positano but we were still able to appreciate the beauty. By the time we stopped by the time we got to Pompeii, the rain had cleared and we had a private 2 hour guided tour with the best guide I've had anywhere in the world! Extraordinary. Once simply must see Pompeii!

The most stunning scenery, even despite the rain and cold it was spectacular. The Pompeii excursion was amazing!

The guide for the Pompeii portion of the tour was fabulous! He really brought the ruins to life. It was nice to have a small tour group.

It was a spectacular tour of Pompeii and great driver. Guide at Pompeii was knowledgable and fun. I got a lot in 2 hours and would have loved 3 hours. The driving was good and the driver knew how to handle Amalfi Coast roads. The visits to Amalfi and Positano were minimal--mostly excuse to see scenary and have lunch. Did not get sense of either place but scenary spectacular.

Despite rain which gave way to sun on the Amalfi Coast, we had a loved day. The small group was good. Also, traveling in off--Season nad thanksgiving was good. Driver was good. Guide at Pompeii was good. We had 2 full hours and then some. There was more to see than this time frame allowed but it would be slower and inefficient without a guide. Lunch was expensive but in a beautiful place on the beach. Wandering time in Amalfi was good. Drive back was efficent. We did not feel rushed but the schedule was maintained.

A fantastic day. Being part of a small group was just wonderful, our driver and guide were informative, helpful and friendly, and made sure that we had a wonderful day. Amalfi Coast was just beautiful, and lunch was superb. The tour guide for Pompeii was just fantastic, he was so passionate about the history of Pompeii, he made it come alive. This was a great tour.

Excellent way to see a lot in one day in comfort. Our guide at Pompeii was terrific and the small group made it easy to move around the site. Sadly the conditions did not allow for the boat ride from Positano to Amalfi, however the trip along the coast by car was almost as exhilarating. Pick up and deliver to accommodation was great, seeing that we arrived back in Rome around 10pm

I was not feeling well - he even had to stop the car for me - and he was considerate, concerned and helpful. You have a gem there. He was so professional in all ways, even wearing a suit!
