Nadia was a wonderful guide. We had such a lovely evening with her walking around the Palermo district both Hollywood and Soho, stopping in at two art galleries, as well as tasting wonderful wine from the Mendoza region. At Pain et Vin, we had a wonderful discussion with the salesperson. He was so knowledgeable about the region and the wines we tasted. This wasn't as good as going to Mendoza, but we didn't have a lot of time in Argentina to begin with, so this was the next best thing.

Absolutely loved this tour. Small and intimate, we four of us and our guide had a tasting at an art gallery and then walked a short time to our next stop at a wine tasting place and had a sommelier go through a few tastings with us. then off to a little neighbourhood bar on the roof top for their Bueno Aries drink called Ferne. We weren't too keen on it, but it is always nice to try the local specialities.
A great evening!

My guide Laura was amazing: knowledgeable, gracious, intuitive, and very well-organized. I cannot recommend this tour enough. I took it my first night in Buenos Aires, and it wholeheartedly reinforced my enthusiasm for the entire city, as well as Malbec.

It was a fun evening but we really felt we had been substantially over charged for this experience! We had 4 wines at the wine tasting session which was good but the tapas were very meagre indeed - a bit of bread and cheese. We had a white Malbec at the art gallery which was nice. Could not understand why we had to meet at the first art gallery which played no part in proceedings at all and was out of the main Palermo Soho area. There were only 4 of us on the 'tour' and the guide, whilst very pleasant was not that knowledgeable. Overall, we were disappointed. Please note - I rarely do a bad review of anything but we felt strongly we had been 'ripped off'.

We had a very nice evening, I can only recommend the wine tour. We visited several art galleries in Palermo, started the wine tasting with a glass of Blanc de Malbec in one of them, then continued it in a wine bar, where we tried several excellent wines worth mentioning was an amazing Torrontes. Our guide was a very pleasant company and told us a lot of interesting stories about the history of the neighborhood, the wines and the Argentinian life style. We ended the evening in a nice bar where usually locals go after work, and tried one of their favorite drinks, the Fernet Branca with Coke. It was a small group - 6 tourists and 2 Argentinians which joined us at some point during the tour. One of the loveliest evenings we spent in Buenos Aires.

Anna, our guide was well informed and shared the history of Argentina on our walk to the first stop at a gallery where we tasted a white Malbec! We were the only 2 people in our tour, which made it more personal. Afterwards, we met up at the winery with some women from Australia and enjoyed 5 wines and picata with them. The wines were luscious! Although.... very expensive, so we did not purchase any.
