Despite following the instructions , the museum would not accept the e-voucher issued by Viator. We had to pay again to visit the attraction which was a very worthwhile visit. I would recommend taking a guided tour. The only disappointing aspect was the failure of aviator to respond to email about the e-voucher issue
Booked a guided tour and was told to show up at 10am outside the museum. Nobody showed up to meet us. At the front desk they had a list of people who were to receive guided tours. We were not on it. They were not very nice about it either, despite me having a confirmation from Viator.
Well organised experience. Tells the story of krakow during the Second World War under German occupation well. Clearly it was a horrific time, particularly if you were Jewish. It is important that we learn the lessons from this and not repeat it.
I loved this museum. My daughter thought it a lot of reading, but there was an extra exhibition about German-occupied Poland. The Schindler part is actually quite small. Some of the stuff is hard to read because the words are on a glass with some painting on it - that I found odd. Because we had purchased tickets in advance, we were let in immediately and didn't have to wait in line.
