Très bien

Despite following the instructions , the museum would not accept the e-voucher issued by Viator. We had to pay again to visit the attraction which was a very worthwhile visit. I would recommend taking a guided tour. The only disappointing aspect was the failure of aviator to respond to email about the e-voucher issue

Not very well signed all the way around, cafe was hopeless could not find anyone to serve!

Booked a guided tour and was told to show up at 10am outside the museum. Nobody showed up to meet us. At the front desk they had a list of people who were to receive guided tours. We were not on it. They were not very nice about it either, despite me having a confirmation from Viator.

The Schindler Factory is a must see. But even with a bar coded entrance ticket on my iPhone, they could not find my reservation. Why is that? It was for Sunday September 3. Hmm...

Well worth visiting this is a thoroughly engaging and thoughtful experience.

Very interesting though would recommend going on a tour. Signage is very confusing and the building is like a maze. I lost my traveling partner early on and was unable to find them until the end.

We had expected to see part of the factory as well.
We would advise to walk with a guide, to get more out of it - we did not do that.

Well organised experience. Tells the story of krakow during the Second World War under German occupation well. Clearly it was a horrific time, particularly if you were Jewish. It is important that we learn the lessons from this and not repeat it.

I loved this museum. My daughter thought it a lot of reading, but there was an extra exhibition about German-occupied Poland. The Schindler part is actually quite small. Some of the stuff is hard to read because the words are on a glass with some painting on it - that I found odd. Because we had purchased tickets in advance, we were let in immediately and didn't have to wait in line.
