En utilisant tous les ingrédients frais locaux, vous apprendrez comment concocter un déjeuner complet : menu avec apéritif, pâtes, viandes, et dessert. Un menu typique comprend de la crème de brocoli à la burrata et aux anchois, des spaghetti cavalieri avec tomates, bœuf braisé Negroamaro avec des pommes de terre à la crème, et le flan au pasticiotto.

Une fois que vous terminez la cuisine, profitez de votre repas avec une sélection de vins fins.

This was the most amazing experience - our hosts have a lovely home and made us feel welcome the minute we arrived - wonderful Rosato wine and Foccia bread as a welcome appetizer. We then learned how to make locat pasta, sauces etc - the hosts were amazing - beautiful property, ate figs from their tree and enjoyed many other wonderful food. Just cant say enough great things about how great the evening was!

This was the highlight of our trip! Paola and Tiziano welcomed us into their beautiful home and treated us like royalty. They not only taught us how to cook delicious Southern Italian food, but also shared great wines and wonderful stories. It felt like an evening with fascinating friends. The evening with them was enchanting to say the least.We would highly recommend this experience!

Ron and I had a wonderful cooking experience with Paola and Tinziano in their home. We were treated as
honored guests and friends of this warm, communicative couple. We were able to taste some excellent local wines and olive oil. Our cooking class focused on making the dough and forming fresh orrichiette by hand! Paola was an excellent and patient teacher. She had also prepared a wonderful meal to accompany the pasta. We enjoyed the beautiful garden. All too soon it was time to go, and Tinziano went out of his way to deliver us near our B n B. This experience was the highlight of our trip.

This was certainly a highlight of our recent biking trip to Puglia. Tiziano and his friend Marcelo picked us up in Lecce from the train. Paula and Tiziano were wonderful hosts, and we had a great evening in their lovely home, listening to music,participating in cooking, wine and food, with good conversation and great company. At the end of the evening, it was too late to get a train back to Ostuni, and Tiziano and Marcelo graciously drove us back to Ostuni an hour away!

We would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the region. We will definitely repeat the experience if we go back to Puglia.

Tiziano and Paula are fantastic hosts, who made us feel supremely comfortable and relaxed. Their home is absolutely stunning, and we felt as if we were enjoying food and wine with friends.

The fresh produce, exceptional wines and selections of local fruits and cheeses were fabulous, and both Tiziano and Paula were very knowledgeable about the history and food of Salento and Puglia in general.

The cooking lesson was diverse and interesting, with clear techniques and recipes that we can take home and practise. The dinner itself was delicious, and it was great to meet some of their lovely friends.

The company was brilliant and the food was fab - cannot recommend this enough!

Unforgettable experience at Morasarda Homerestaurant with Paola and Tiziano: pasta cooking lesson followed by an incredible dinner, paired with Paola and Tiziano's fines wines - I highly recommend to try it, if any of you guys near Lecce! We were blown away by the stunning house and garden, where Paola and Tiziano grow their own figs and lemon trees amongst others!, their hospitality is second to none, they are very knowledgeable regarding their region, local produce, etc and it was just such a fun thing to do! It's actually quite hard to get used to making orecchiette shapes but I think I got a handle on it thanks to Paola's very patient guidance at the end! thank you so much, guys - we will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with Tiziano and Paola! We drank excellent wines from the region, sampled delicious appetizers of local salami, cheese, taralli, and bread, then enjoyed fresh figs from a magic tree in their garden that is still producing figs in October!

Joining Paola in the kitchen, we were completely hands on making orecchiette pasta and a delicious sauce made from mushrooms, tomato, garlic, onion, white wine and parsley. We also enjoyed several different appetizers and wonderful focaccia with rosemary and salt sprinkled on the olive oiled top. Paola also served the best version of parmigiana weve ever eaten! She called it a white parmigiana as it contained no tomato sauce at all. Just cheesy goodness!

Our meal was capped off with fresh persimmons from the garden, walnuts, ice cream, and Paulas home made nocino, a walnut liqueur.

Food and wine from Puglia, specifically the Salento region, is absolutely amazing. Most of this region is planted with the best that the land can produce and it was a truly wonderful experience to be able to work with Paola to prepare such a great meal. The delicious food we prepared was only surpassed by the warmth and hospitality of our hosts, Tiziano and Paola.
