Our guide was great ! Fun, knowledgeable and he was happy to answer *all* of our questions : )I *think* his name was Doug. At my age, my memory is not what it used to be : /Regardless, if you can get him, you are bound to have a great time : )
The only thing good about it was the tour leader Robert. He was excellent. We were very disappointed, we thought we would be going into houses or restaurant where ghost were sighted not walking around listening to ghost stories. You should also let senior citizens know when they order tickets that the trip is long and the sidewalks are have holes and broken rocks and if they are not steady on their feet they should not go on the tour. Our ages were between 68 and 78. Every thing we did in New Orleans was great except this trip.
Mary Lynn did a great job sharing history with stories that tied in The haunting, ghosts, vampires and Voodoo. She was interactive with the group and answered lots of questions. We highly recommend visitor riurs and request Mary Lynn!
Nia was a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable about French quarter history. Her storytelling was engaging and you can tell she really loves showing people the haunted spots of NOLA. We can’t wait to do this again!
We really enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide,Doug, was really great. He had a great personality and told a lot of interesting stories. Highlights were the vampire house and the LaLaurie mansion! Would highly recommend but be prepared to walk.
