Le terminal Eurostar est situé au premier étage de la Gare du Nord, au centre de Paris. Réservez ce transfert privé pour un transport rapide et sans encombre entre la Gare du Nord et votre hôtel du centre de Paris (code postal commençant par 75 uniquement) ou l'une des nombreuses grandes gares de Paris si vous vous rendez à un autre endroit en France. Services de transfert disponibles de 4h00 à 23h00, 7 jours sur 7.
Reserved a pick up from Gare du Nord to a hotel just outside the Eiffel Tower. Train details were included in the booking train number, arrival time, etc.. Train was on time, but there was no driver to pick us up. We waited around 15 minutes after the requested time before calling the number on the viator form. A driver was dispatched and did come to pick us up about 30 minutes late at this point. He then dropped us off at the wrong hotel. Fortunately it wasn't more than a 5-10 minute walk away. Just seemed to lack some organization compared to similar private transfers we had during our trip, but eventually did get us where we needed.
Flawless. There is nothing better than walking to the end of the train landing and having your driver waiting for you with your name on a sign. I arrived at Nord before without having booked a private transfer and it was chaos. This time I did it right, enjoyed having a car waiting for me and enjoyed our ride to our hotel. I would easily do this again and recommend it to anyone!
Local vendor for this transfer was Paris Shuttle. I will not use them again. We were 3 adults with 3 large bags, one small bag, plus carry-ons. Which we advised at the time of reservation and I sent follow up email to confirm that vehicle would be large enough to accommodate us. Driver showed in a sedan and refused to take all 3 of us. He would not even try to fit our luggage in the car.
I called Paris Shuttle - they sent a second vehicle but told our driver to wait for the second vehicle and we would split up and go in two cars togehter to our hotel. The driver refused to wait -- he took my wife and daughter to the hotel, leaving me behind to find the second car and make my way to the hotel on my own.
We would have been better taking a taxi. The driver was not there to pick us up and whilst everyone else ordered a transfer through the eurostar on board and had drivers we had to wait until the platform was empty. He finally showed.
They never showed up. Tried to blame the travel agent. Said they had given wrong time a 1pm time.. Then when checked with the travel agent, who followed up with Viator, they confirmed that the agent had noted 1.47pm the train arrival time. They just didn't show up at the and 8 passengers were stranded one in her 80s. Where is the consience.
A second pre-booking was also made for 20 April 18 and same people have been trying to call for 3 days to ensure they will be picked up for their transfer to Orly. The agent has been on the phone 3 times to their Sydney office and has been assured the pick up has been confirmed. The agent asked for the Paris office to text confirmation directly to lead passenger to give them some peace of mind and it has not happened. Do not book or trust this company. Shocking service at best and no-show at worst. Not worth the effort and frustration.
